Nigerians are generally bad. Nepa is not doing the right thing by giving that man prepaid meter. But, I have witnessed severally where people with prepaid meters engage in bypass for those things that consume more electricity.
Yes, it happens. At the end of the day, people pay peanuts for electricity. Nepa has to train specialists who go from house to house to detect this.

People that do this most of the time are the so called big men in duplexes. And guess what the people who help them do that are mostly nepa staff.

It's rampant in Abuja. Politicians CEO, name them are culprits.
