In as much as I would like to ask them: What are you looking for in war torn Libya.?

What's the difference between Nigeria and Libya ?

Before blame them, get your information right. As bad as Libya is, Nigeria is worst than it. Some people are still living well in Libya and their monies keep coming into that shithole country for their personal investments.
