Personal Finance: What Should Jack Do? by GeneralQuamdeen: 7:35pm On Mar 17, 2021 |
Jack is newly married, earns a salary of 70,000 monthly, and consumes part of investment interest of 20,000 making his total income 90,000 per month. Jack major expense is annual rent of 250,000 per year and 360,000 on transport. Jack has an idle fund of 1,400,000. Jack would love to have his own car. It's not his need but his want to improve his standard of living as a 26 old young man. Jack got an opportunity to get a Honda Accord car around 750,000 and employ the remaining funds to any business opportunity that present itself. Jack also got an opportunity to buy a Toyota Matrix car of 1,300,000 which he's considering to use for Uber during free weekends or weekdays evenings. What should Jack do? |

Ofcourse put 1,000,000 into an investment that will certainly give 2,000,000 profit after a year, with 3 Million in hand, bulk amount, Jack is set for a more glorious future. Now isn't the time for expenditure. Use the seed funds as seed material and use the fruits from the seeded funds for needs like luxury and comfort.
