i do a menial job that earns me 7million naira per annum, i have 2 mind-boggling plans that i can't seem to make a choice off both,1. I intend to work for 6yrs and then build a fifteen million naira home my land in g.r.a benin which i already bought afterwards build a 25million naira poultry,pig and fish farm on another acre of land both of which i already acqiured.the farming i know is a long term investment which does not not bother since i am a very patient investor,the downside that is troubling,insecurity in nigeria, unstable economy, fetish craze, 2. I intend to pursue my doctor of pharmacy which would equally take 6yrs since i already bagged a bachelors in engineering back home prior coming to the u.s. Note. After a successful completion of the program i would be earning 12million per annum, it isn't a speculation but rather a common knowledge because you actually get offers prior to concluding your program.so i presume you can understand why i have my feets in very sticky and muddy waters.
