I have no issue with Fulani herding cows anywhere in Nigeria. We all know what is right. Nobody is chasing Fulanis from grazing cattle in the forest. But the new method of grazing cattle on farmlands must be checkmated.

This is a non-sequitur. I'll eat a nice steak tonight in the US and I also don't have to worry about cows destroying my property. I don't believe anyone has said the Fulani's should stop raising cattle. But if they are going to raise cattle they should respect the property rights of everyone else. It's a private business that they want everyone else to subsidize by force.
If cows are that important to the country, the Fed. government should subsidize ANYONE who wants to go into cow raising so that they can maintain their own private ranches or set up dedicated areas where they can graze which those raising the cows pay some fee. But, a country can't exist if there are super citizens(in this case maybe not even citizens) who don't have to obey property rights.
