I don't understand who wrote this Nigerian constitution and the rest....they are supposed to separate electoral system from these executive thieves

My opinion -
Please people should stop taking pictures with nose cover.
It makes no sense and very ridiculous.
It is either you take the pix without the nose cover or no pix at all.
Pictures are not compulsory.
I don't actually understand the purpose of pictures with faces covered like masquerade.
