I'm not a Soldier yet but why does it always strike my heart and my mood sinks anytime I hear the News of military guys demise

To all who's responsible for this Gallant man demise it really not fair and I hope you know you won't live forever either embarassed

Only God can comfort military men aswear and irrespective of what they've done God should help compensate them all with a sit in Heaven. Life dem no get, the freedom we civilians enjoy them no dey enjoy am, Obey the last order even if you die in the process no p just obey, Above it all their Ogas no dey do them well, most see them as folks with no destiny so they just talk or behave to them anyhow.

Left to me anywhere you see this folks pray for them, wish them well and appreciate their effort with anything u can, greeting, being polite et al. and Just like I always say "Don't curse a soldier for the wrong he's done, curse who gave the Soldier Order"

To the fallen soldier, rest in perfect peace.

I wish the Nigerian Army could help put an end of the menace of insurgency and retain Nigeria's sovereignty.

He paid the "price for peace" according to the screenshot can only mean that he he was terminated by one of the many crises that is Nigeria, such as"
Boko Haram
ISIS WA Branch
Fulani Bandits NW Branch
Fulani Bandits SW Branch (unlikely)

Those are the hot spots we have in Nigeria presently where death is as common as picking berried off the shelf of the supermarket.

PDJT:

This is the only country where people celebrate death of its soldiers. The only one where soldiers routinely turn their weapons and aggression on citizens. This is because soldiering should never be politicized. There is need to make the army people friendly. Unless this is done, asymmetrical warfare would continue to be nightmarish because it takes civilian support to win it, avoid ambushed and even certain death.

The military authorities really need to look into this. You cannot have an army where men run amok routinely and expect the people to love or even respect such a military. I know it is norm in Africa that that conflicts are ruleless but conflicts should not be with people who are unarmed. If you keep harassing the unarmed, you end up pushing them to be armed. Then the same military would pay the price in more bloodshed and death as we have seen with Boko Haram and militia springing up all around the country. This is Africa and it's a matter of time before we become another Afghanistan with warlords controlling turf. All these are consequences of bad leadership and politics.

Nigeria is the only country where citizens rejoice at the death of their service men and this is as a result of their evil against the citizens they swore to protect.
You can't keep killing, raping and harassing innocent citizens for no reason and expect them to pray for you or not to feel happy when karma catches up with you.
