Dude, the creator never did ask anyone to get circumcised. If he wanted to he would have made mankind without foreskin. Whoever the Individual that Abraham covenanted with, definitely wasn't the creator. Some God maybe,but not the creator.

They forgot the way of their fathers, and God after they went to live in Egypt. So, by the time Moses was born, circumcision was not a part of their tradition. Moses was not circumcised as a baby, and neither were most all of the men who He eventually helped lead out of Egypt 80 years later.

God instructed Moses to have all the men and male children circumcized while they were in the wilderness.

This isn't about material prosperity. For instance, if we are to believe the Bible narrative, when the Israelites (slaves) left Egypt, they were given all the wealth of that place. So the became very wealthy in material possessions, this was just time and chance. Yeah I’m pretty adept with the fact that most agnostics expect the “Creator” to accept them for who they are by not demanding they(agnostics) uphold some form of religious/moral outlook.
