*No matter how bad life turns out for me its still never going to be the worst thing that could happen to humans

* No one's gonna save my a*s anyway so crying for help is a waste of effort.

* there is this positive assertion that things could turn out well in the future and it is kind of calming.

* It could still turn out worse than now, fu*k it I could end up dead right now and the world must surely move.

* Its best I save my emotions of sadness and let things take there full course than getting so worked up on things I have no control over.

I figured out that is an extreme reaction toward normal human feelings just like someone jumping off a cliff because he is happy or sad.
