Truth is, Nigeria would av disintegrate a long time ago if it were in Europe or America. But power beyond Africa Wil never allow it cuz it will limit the west game and gains.

Except another civil war, nothing can separate Nigeria
If it is as easy as u said I think Catalan should have gotten their independent by now or Spain not in Europe again.

If we ask you to prove this now, you'll start stuttering.
Catalunya is still stuck with Spain.

No Oduduwa nation... Yoruba's should stay in their one Nigeria while Biafrans go their separate ways.
Sharap, Shatap. As you are tired of one Nigeria before, before, we now now see no one Nigeria we want Oduduwa Republic as you have been demanding for Biafra.

The Igbos are pushing for oduduwa Republic so they won't be seen as the only seccesionist,e go shock u say Na only u dey on your own.
Yorubas ain't ready,Igbos do your thing on your own.

cyynthiakiss aka cynthialove aka Gbenga adeyinka girlfriend I can see u are back with another moniker

Yorubas ain't ready like you said.
Like Nnamdi Kanu fed on the Igbos' grievances of being marginalized and their thirst for Biafra, same way Igboho and his partners are feeding on the Yoruba grievances.
What's interesting is, the misinformed Yorubas are the ones keying into these ideas with no scrunity in every sense of it, just like their Igbo counterparts grin

Lagos was developed by the Federal Government and many Northerners have made Lagos what it is at the expense of developing the North, which is something we are still suffering from.

Your plan is for Dangote and other Northerners to develop your area and then steal his hard work, it can never happen.

Lagos belongs to all Nigerians, so even if you want to merge the remaining 5 states with Benin, Lagos stays with Nigeria. That is the only way Nigeria will allow for the SW to leave.

Mr Adult, don't force your agenda on others. Respect others opinion. The problem here is not the country. It's the people. Bad leaders are elected by the people as well. If you don't kwn the root cause, you can't get the solution. Separation will not solve it. Thank you.

I shouldn't force my opinion, but you are forcing your own opinion.

Oh, I get it. You can force your opinion, but others can't. Interesting.

Other people's opinion is that they deserve the right to self determination.

But since it is not your opinion, you don't want them to voice it abi?

Clap for yourself.

I hope that 41 at the end of your moniker isn't your age cos if it is, I so much pity your folks at home.

A 41-year old who still thinks in such narrow clannish view.

I don't argue stupidly here.

If you're looking for someone to help you stroke your tribal ego best you disturb someone else's mentions for that.

I'm not surprised that you don't know the difference between standing up courageously to fight and fleeing the scene.

Feel free to stop disturbing my mentions now.

[quote author=NaijirianKing post=100235774]

Any attempt to divide this nation will result in backlash and consequences. Period.

What other consequences are worse than what's already happening in Nigeria?

School children and their teachers are being kidnapped anyhow.

To travel on Nigeria's highways without being kidnapped has become a miracle.

Human life has become a dozen a dime as Fulanis kill and rape with wantonness.

Maybe when you or your family members fall victim, you will change your mind.

Smart people don't wait for terrible things to befall them before taking actions to prevent them.

Nigeria is one nation, this fact has already been established.

Established by who and where?

Here are the categories of people who are afraid of Nigeria breaking up.

1. Politicians, and the other Nigerian elites who are benefiting directly or indirectly from the uselessness of Nigeria in the comity of nations.

2. People who live and work outside of their ethnic group's region.

3. People who are dating or are married to someone other than a member of their ethnic group.

4. Youths who are a product of inter-tribal marriages and youths who have relatives like cousins, who are members of other ethnic groups.

5. People who have very close friends that are of other ethnicities.

6. People whose sources of livelihood depend on close proximity and continuous interaction with members of other ethnic groups.

7. Young urchins and spoilt brats who don't know their left from their right and are still living under their parents' roof and have lived a sheltered life all their lives.

8. People who are sentimentally attached to all things Nigeria and think that bearing the phrase "Giant of Africa" with NOTHING to show for it is a compliment as well as others who are emotionally attached to what other foreigners say positively about Nigeria, so much so that they will kill to continue to stay in Nigeria, suffering if only they can continue to be called Nigerians.

These are the 8 categories. Tick whichever ones apply to you.

If you belong to categories 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, then your fears are unfounded because having a YORUBA nation doesn't mean we are going to chase everyone who isn't Yoruba out of our nation.

We just want to stop being killed by the Fulanis and develop our land according to our terms. That's all.

This is the problem, the North is more politically savvy than the South, and take their problems to the polls and elect credible leaders. In the South, many of their leaders are there to just chop. Instead of dealing squarely with their leaders too many have begun to insult the North.

This new generation of Northerners are alive to our duty to refute such abuses. The south's monopoly on propaganda is over as we can now tell our story. The problem of Nigeria is not the country but the local leaders.

Lol... politically savvy...more like politically zombiefied.
