Why Igbos Should Not Be Allowed To Lead Nigeria by Zetra7: 9:25am On Mar 27, 2021 |
As we know that Nigeria is a very strange country but the assumption that a particular tribe shouldn't be allowed to lead makes one wonder if this is beyond hatred. If this nation has been working since the civil war then personally Igbos don't necessarily have to lead as we have seen monarchs, one party or tribe system that has made their nation great. We can't afford not to use our best brains, if okonjo iweala today is the WTO DG then I think these are the reasons of propaganda against Igbos.. 1. The fear of the unknown - Majority of the Northern and some SW elite fear that anything can happen and they know Igbos aren't afraid to challenge things.. 2. Disruption of vested interest- The truth is that Northerners depends solely on government to survive and knows that only Igbo leadership will change that. 3. Balance of power - losing the current arrangement of power whether economic, political, military or cultural influence. Obasanjo tried to do it between the north and south but things have since reverted to normal , an Igboman certainly have the nerve to do it again. 4. Reposition of partnership - Some elites in the SW fear that they will lose out of their partnership with the north , according to these set of people, the North is the king and they are ok to play the second fiddle 5. Unity of the south - The greatest fear in the northern quarters is that the south might unite with an Igbo presidency, again OBJ tried it and the north won't forget the lessons they learnt from it.. Great nations use their best talents in leadership, imagine sidelining Igbos in the super eagles team and expecting to win. Everyone born in this country deserves a chance to lead and contribute to national development only then do we stand a chance of greatness.. 21 Likes 5 Shares |

I don't see any reason why Igbos should not be allowed to rule Nigeria so long they are not presenting thieving rogues such as Umahi Peter Obi Ikpeazu Orji Kalu Theodore Orji Abaribe n Co. Any igbo able to galvanize Nigerians to vote him into the presidentail position should be allowed to rule as he or she's pleases. 5 Likes |

That is because he is a saint ba ? He no de loot or foolishness as taken over your medulla. An unwise Ganduje goes to collect contract kickbqck as seen in the viral video not up to $500K per video clip while Umahi split Ebonyi federal allocation 75% to his bank account the remaining 25% to fool your likes along with your father. 247Dior: 1 Like |

I will prefer to queue in the sun or rain all day for Shekau than to vote an Igbo man. b4 u come for me,ask yourself who does the Igbo man like? they don't see anything good in others n they always feel they are superior to others. what make d Igbos feel other Nigerians are inferior? we have 6 geopolitical zones in Nigeria, who does the igbos like? I will prefer to vote for a dullard northerner than to vote for someone who believes am inferior 7 Likes 2 Shares |

An igbo man should not be allowed to rule this country! They should focus on what they know best - business. Anything else, Buhari's regime will become so desirable. 2 Likes 2 Shares |

E be like say you guys are not seeing the handwriting on the....... The thing is if an Igbo man is not elected president, this country will disintegrate. Forget about thier politician, business men and women, highly placed individuals and common folks doing as if pursuing money is number one for them, because when that day comes in which they will realize that an igbo man is not going to be elected as president, all of them will join hands to exit this country. They, the Igbos are the true owners of Nigeria. It was their open eyes and stubbornness that makes the British and 'others' to refused to hand over Nigeria to them. 2 Likes 1 Share |
