I'm just wondering if its possible to get an ecowas passport for a person who is not a from an ecowas country, ? and if so, how much would it cost? In other words - get an ecowas passport made up without supplying your current passport. I only ask because ive seen an official at a border make one up for a nigerian on the spot, without any proof of identity. |

It is illegal to own ecowas passport by someone who is not a ecowas citizen. I very much doubt if you can get it at the border on the fly. |
