Seyi Shay shouldn't have bashed that young boy like that...Yes, what he sang was no good but if you listen closely, you'll know that he has talent. He sang like that because of stage fright... What was she even trying to prove; some said Simon Cowell but it's not how he acts. He doesn't insult people like she did.

I think she would have handled it better by telling the guy to either repeat the audition or tell him that it wasn't good in a more polite way.
