Nigeria is dubiously structured in such away that North will continue to have undue advantage over the south. This is why Nigeria may never work !

The Nigerian Army have reacted to an earlier publication from a news outlet which purportedly revealed the North's dominance in the recently released Recruitment list for Short Service Combatant Course 47/2021.

A breakdown of the list by the news outlet reveals that the South-East has only 42 selected candidates with 7 reserves averaging 13% compared to the North Central zone which has 58 candidates with an additional 13 reserves making a total of 71 candidates (20%).

The South-West and South-South geopolitical zones have slightly higher numbers of candidates than the South-East but lower than any of the Northern zones.

South-West and South-South zones have 16% each on the list with 48 candidates selected from each zone and 10 reserves each.

Candidates from North-East zone totalled 61 with 49 selected and 12 reserves (17%), the North-West has a total of 64 candidates (18%), 55 selected candidates and 9 reserves.

The North is the albatross on the neck of this country.Their take and grab all is self-choking and corporately claustrophobic, engineering an atmosphere of mistrust, injustice and blanket disillusionment. That's why the South should do everything to pull away from these despicable herd of people, who arrogantly believe it's their to dominate others.

The Nigerian army rebutal shows that they are smart by half, is it true that the north east got a total of 61 recruit instead of 50 if we are to go by the analysis of 8 candidate per states and the extra 2 added to the other geo political zone. note that there are six states in the northeast.

is it also through that the northwest got 64 candidates instead of 58 that they are entitled to based on the analysis in the rebuttal because there are seven states in the northwest and 7*8=56+2=58.

all of you rushing to hail the rebuttal without asking further questions need to refund your parents your school fees.

Re: Disclaimer: Re - North Dominates Nigerian Army Recruitment by smallsmall: 3:03pm On Mar 31, 2021
The FRAUD, called Nigeria, started a long time ago, since the inception of this contraption called Nigeria,by the British mercenary, Major Luggard who recruited Northerners into his mercenary group, which were then used to conquer territories in Southern Nigeria, leading to the amalgamation of the Northern and Southern Protectorate, not because the people wanted to be together as a nation, but because (according to declassified Cables sent to the Queen of England) it will give unfettered access of British trade to the Sea, in Southern Nigeria.

The SCAM was further perpetuated by subsequent Northern Military Coup plotters using STATE and local Government Creation.
More States were created in the North and these fractured states are even over-loaded with non-viable LGA which depends solely on Federal Allocation from Oil sourced from the South.

Recall that Lagos has about five times the Population of some Northern States, yet these Northern States have more Local Govt Areas created for them by the military, than Lagos!
This is because Federal Allocation is also shared, based on number of LGA, just like it is based on States.

Also when it comes to elections, you will see barren Northern States posting humongous figures, simply because the North has extended its FRAUD into the National Census.
Buhari will do a fraudulent Censor to boost vote numbers from the North, in anticipation of 2023, just mark my words.

Look at the INEC Voters Registration that is going on right now in the North, INEC has refused to open up Registration in Southern Nigeria! Under-age Northern Boys and hurriedly married Northern Girls are registering and getting Voters card because for them, Adult is not 18yrs as onbtained elsewhere, it is "married" that defines female adulthood in the North, even if the girl is 9yrs old!

The ongoing NIN is so difficult in the South, where you have very dense population but go to the North, foreigners of Northern 'race' are all registering as Nigerians and getting NIN, they will be useful when election comes or when Census needs to be used to allocate resources or create more state.

Same thing happens in all federal Aeancies like NNPC, FAAN, Ports Authority, CUSTOMS, Police, Immigration, DSS, NIA, just name it, the North will always have a FRAUDULENT, larger share.

Since everything is now tied to "Number of States/LGA and Population" and the Number of States/LGA/Population have been fraudulently skewed in favor of the North, by the Northern military Rulers like IBB, Buhari, etc, and their Northern mafias, it is obvious that the military is just defending the FRAUD that was laid as the foundation for our Nationhood and that is why "Nigeria as presently constituted", cannot stand. It is based on FRAUD.
