The Direct Sellers Association (DSA) in Canada provides immense job opportunities to its citizens to develop their professional skills. The yearly awards by DSA encourage its members to give back to the community and expand adhering to the strict enforcement of a code of ethics. DSA Canada’s code of ethics ensures that the industry remains transparent and free of fraudulent activities.

DSA Canada, instead of being just an association of direct selling companies and consultants, acts as a mentor and takes steps to educate the community about the advantages of direct selling through seminars and campaigns. Its “Shop Direct, Shop Local” campaign to support local businesses and small entrepreneurs garnered much attention on social media leading to 4000 new visitors to the DSA website.

DSA Canada spent around $16,000 this year on scholarships to help students from the families of its members advance their post-secondary education. This Scholarship Program is conducted every year with funding from the DSA and the Direct Selling Education Foundation (DSEF) of Canada.

As the Canadian direct selling industry continues to contribute immensely towards the growth of the country’s economy with a $7.3 billion contribution in 2020, it must remain unadulterated. Despite the challenge of the pandemic, DSA still ensures the smooth progress of the direct selling industry with its smart involvement.
