That's too broad anyways but for a start on understanding life - how to earn a few from what you do for free by Niyi Soyinka

Talks about discovery, development and deployment of ones gifts and talents and the various areas of life one must attend to to gain balance, so that one doesn't succeed in career and fail in marriage.

A great book.
