It's because you're thinking of 'perfect' words to say to impress her. If you learn to just be real and speak from your heart, you'll find that it's much easier than you think. A genuine "I'll like us to be friends" can sometimes work wonders.

This should help...

* Act mature around them.

* Dress good.

* Be very confident whenever you're around them, let them feel that manly nature in you.

* Start from regular gisting, i.e initiate a conversation or just ask her a question and pick it up from there. You must make sure she loves and values your company before taking any further step. Don't ever ask a woman out if you're not certain about her feelings towards you, you'll hate yourself for doing so.
