Pls for those who have one thing or the other to criticize let it be Constructive criticism only

no1. YOUR MENU: the menu is too big, make a small text , u can get menu's from www.cssmenubuilder.com or www.flashvortex.com/menus.php
no2. your Banner at the home page: try make a one single picture with good Aria text.
no3. Make your banner with a simple changing ( fade in and out) effect. it make it look very cool
no4. your side banner will be better if it goes with a picture of a student smiling at the back is a beautiful school like the one u already have and the word. '' come join us'' should be bold to be eye-catching.
