Once you are ready you don't need to carry cash about we have nigeria banks at the border where you can make transfer to get. Cefa for the payment of the car and it's 101% safe. You call me we meet in badagry and go to cotonou together to do the checking and so you can select for yourself.. after selection and we have choose what we want to buy we make deposit of any amount of naira with let's say 20k then go back to the border to the payment by transfer for cefa in the bank. And after making payment the we get the papers for clearing. The process of clearing to Nigeria border where the cutsom duty paper will be issued will take 48 Hours.
