I think this teaching should be : don't apply brakes, then hold the steering very firmly!

how can you over speed close to a congested area?

Only an abnormal person will overspeed on a congested or semi congested road, so all these questions of what to do when there is a vehicle(s) or traffic closely ahead of you doesn't make sense to me.
In an event where the urge to accelerate is great, calculate the possibilities and look at the vehicular flow, and only only drive at high speed on a road you are well conversant with and ONLY when there is an emergency that warrants such risk!

Good direction,..but we know that while on the highway any unusual sound or movement within your visual field,you apply brakes on impulse/reflex.


The best suggestion remains observing all safety protocols and maintenance for your cars and parts. Most importantly avoid the urge to overspeed once on the smooth highway!

No u don't step on the break. Just take your foot off the accelerator. And hold on to the steering. Your life really depends on that.

Keep calm and Target the angle 90 of a rear car in front of you and bang.

Why this? That portion of a vehicle body is reinforced.

I don't exceed 45km in all occasions. If I am carrying my wife or family, na between 35 to 40km I dey drive even on weekends for third mainland bridge. There is no hurry. I left Island this morning and the bridge was so free.

I just maintained my 40km, wound down my windscreen to enjoy better sea breeze with my sound system giving me better vibes. No hurry in life abeg. Slow, steady and focused, you will get to your destination in all situations.
