If you now associates Buhari with violence, you can't then claimed that he did not campaign in the SS since MEND, his associates in violence and bombing are on the ground there.
Mind you, I don't think his qualms with the result from SS/SE was because he expected himself to win as you guys now deliberately tried to pin it, his ccomplaint is based that your candidate along INEC achieved Guinness Book of record feat on voters turn out known to any history of democracy ever in the world in some place (90%) and then made another record which Mugabe of all dictators cannot achieve in his home city, ie a candidate recieving a 99.65% of total vote cast in some area.

Buhari never claimed that he expect to win in SS or SE, so it will be nice you guys stop making things up, even when the election is  now over. This is time to celebrate, but no one seem to have the zeal or in the mood to celebrate and  I WONDER WHY? even our dear Nairaland Beaf is surprisingly very remote since the landslide victory. The problem with stealing a boiling hot meat is that you can't eat it either in peace, neither can you swallow it without problems.

However the call by Jonathan to Buhari to call his supporters to order in areas like Kaduna he got himself almost 1.5 million votes is hypocritical to say the least. How many persons in the SS has he called ever before to call MEND to order?

When in 1993 election, Abiola won in places like Kano, there were no riot, no elites houses were burnt to ashes, in fact there were celebration on the streets of Northern Nigeria, until IBB and his boys dealt it a blow, so all those now claiming that the riot in the north is because they do not want a Southerner to win, should please rewind the history record.

Those who now want to justify the eye catching vote robbery of Jonathan/PDP in the SS/SE because as they claimed, the people loved him so much that they gave him a 99.65% of their vote with almost 90% turnout should remember again that in 1983, NPN told us that the only Igbo icon of our time Emeka Ojukwu lost a senatorial seat to Edwin Onwudiwe with a landlside and at the same time Shagari was beating Zik in the same place and both belong to the same NPN.

The history of awarding votes where a candidates was get little is not new. Also too, the history of overly inflated figures of votes for a candidate in an area aa candidate is expected to win is equally not new in Nigeria.

Just as Jonathan got more than a million votes today in Kaduna for instance, equally Shagari was getting something similar in Oyo for instance in 1983 while contesting against a god like figure of Chief Awolowo in the area.  So there actually nothing new regarding Jonathan vs Buhari contest today, only that victims last time is today perpetrators and the perpetrators of last time is today's victim.
