After every rainfall, we normally have like 12 hours complete blackout. In extreme cases, we usually have blackout for like 3 days. There's this humorous response that they usually Dry the cables after every downpour. Now to the much experienced/professional Engineers on Nairaland, Please what's the rationale behind this?
