He system of coaching is outdated he should try and upgrade, football in general has changed. I wish him well in his future appointment.

it was so painful seeing Pochettino left the way he was sacked after tolerating and struggling to get something for the club with those guys under the harsh environment he worked.
it was surprising for me to see Mourinho as their next coach and after taking time to read some of the club's post of hyping mou as the best thing that will ever happen to them combine with that bad transfer policy given him, I was like who bewitched mou to accept this? and have been waiting for his inglorious exit which eventually come before I actually expected it.
mou should go and rest, he has paid his due even though I don't like him; that doesn't change the fact that he's great in his job.
btw, Spurs needs overhaul of players.

It's unfortunate.

Mourinho is a good coach. I don't believe in the story that his tactics are outdated. It was the same tactics that took Spurs to the top of the premier league as at December 2020 The same tactics that took Spurs to carabao cup final. So that story of outdated tactics is nonsense.

I believe what causes him problems is his reaction to players when they make mistakes and when they don't play well.

It's like as if the players are afraid of him and the consequences if they play badly or make mistakes. So when they play, they play with fear. If you have ever played football in secondary school or uni or wherever, you would understand that once you're afraid no matter how good you are, you would be hiding so that your team mates won't pass you the ball, even to trap ball would be difficult, your confidence would be low.
Pogba said as much recently.
"Maybe Ole wouldn't pick them, but it's not like he puts them on the side like they don't exist anymore. That's the difference between Mourinho and Ole."

Wayne Rooney also said similar things about Mourinho's man management.

So he has to change his man management style if he is to be successful again
