any one ever register with Pocket option trading Platform?

Were you able to get verified with the summitted document?

My issue is
I summited my drivers license and i was verified as you can see in the image. But utility bill which i use Nepa Bill, i constantly got denied.
I guess is because the name on the Nepa bill does not tally with my drivers license. As a tenant, the Nepal bill carries the Landlord name.

Please how to overcome this? thanks
