it was a cool morning when king agyowu of ogemu was enjoying his breakfast that a postmaster came in with a letter informing him(the king) about the new development and how the government has decided to build a government hospital in his community.

king agyowu: that's good, atleast my people will not have to travel to other towns before having access to a hospital

postmaster: maybe that's why the government has decide to build you one, your village must have been a lucky village to obtain this favour from the government it is not easy.

king agyowu: we had always been lucky

postmaster: i'll be taking my leave now, sir!

king agyowu: please sit down and take something

postmaster: oh! thank you sir am grateful

postmaster: for your care sir. goodbye

*how can i benefit from this? i mean this should be a great opportunity to extract some money from this people. it belong to government and am the government here.*
