Good day gurus. please i am having some challenges with my nokiae52. the phone is great with apps. i love it. but i dunno what went wrong with it recently. i discovered that the battery wolud suddenly warm up and and the battery level would suddenly go down. also, it hangs i feel like doing factory reset and to me that would be the last resort as i dont want to lose my precious applications. also, kindly avail me the code for factory reset.
