If he wants to be so generous, he can begin by giving government appointment to OOU's first class graduates. Those ones graduate and move on like nothing happened. Personally I don't have any issues with given an Ogun State person schooling outside the state an award, it is merited and this is commendable.

He probably will need empowerment in terms of scholarship, job opportunity, and probably a platform to express his/her skills and influence others.
