It's not about the house on a hill matter my brother. During thunderstorms or heavy rainfall Cross River is something else. It has the highest rain density in West Africa.

If you have land that’s not in a seasonal flood zone then you won’t get flooded.

Wind damage perhaps but not flooded out.
