when I am on the high way,my steering shakes considerably when I touch between 80km/H to 120km/H.I have done wheel balancing and it stopped for a while then started again. My steering also shakes when I depress my brake pedal,if I am on high speed,what seem to be the problem. The car is a 2005 Camry. I need advice and suggestions |

It could any of the following or the combination of more than one. * wheel alignment * wheel balance * tire pressures * brake rotor * collapsed brake caliper (very dangerous) * loose lug nuts * tire roundness * belts moving around inside the tire(s) and there other possibilities. |

@fhemmy thank you for your reply. I have done the wheel alignment and balancing.The tire pressure was checked just yesterday.I guess it has to do with the brakes,because the tires are brand new i bought them last month (INGENS) |

double08: Was allignment done after the new tire was bought? if not, i will advice it done. Check the rotor to make sure it still have some life too. |

I had the same problem and it was brake caliper. Ask your mechanic to change the brake caliper immediately. |

Will advise you check the brake discs, I have feeling one or the two of them are warped. |

Check the body bushings and ball joints, had this problem on my own car(though a BMW) and it solved the steering shaking, cheers. |
