My personal bank account that was rejected for this account was allowed for me to use and deposit on this same account.

It is very good that you are trying every means to ensure you get paid. However, kindly ensure that you don't incure any tangible cost as you do so. I pray that you are lucky to get your winnings paid.

They Betja have a very strong case here and I am sure you also understand that.

I know people that use friends and family data to open betting account, make withdrawals using Bank details of the friend/family and also supply details of the friend/family when verification is required. You wouldn't have had any issues if you did that.

As to why they credited your Bank account earlier, you mentioned that the withdrawal amount is small and that's just the truth. Due diligence is time-consuming and delays payout. That is why they limit due diligence to certain withdrawal threshold. This style is adopted by all businesses of the World.

Another concern you raised is about them paying you 100k+. They paid that to say that account shouldn't have existed in the first place and that they are willing to pay you all your deposits.

You also mentioned making deposits with your sister's account. You are allowed to make deposits via any means. There are 1001 reasons you might not be able to make deposit from your own Bank account. Just be able to provide evidence when asked.

Even Banks will allow anybody pay into your account but anybody cannot withdraw from your account.
