I have carefully followed the results published by each state electorial commission in Nigeria since the return of democracy in 1999 and my findings are that each party in government of each state always sweeps up victory in each local government in the state.
What then do we call the exercise , election or selection ?

In practice, there are no elections in Nigeria. From presidential to LG. Brute force and or Mammon always wins.

Other states should emulate Anambra. We don't waste scarce resources conducting fake local government elections all the time. We just appoint party faithfuls into transition committees making sure it goes round to loyalists. It is cheaper this way. Then once in 8 years we conduct a free and fair council polls. That's one reason Anambra people are satisfied with APGA government. We don't deceive ourselves like others.

Beside that fro. Kaduna the others are nonsense.

Those governors are muderers.
