The military is the one providing cover for the terrorists and in some cases are involved in the abduction. It's like dropping your kids at the entrance to a lion's den. So, he thinks building schools close to military installations will solve the problem, how many military installations are in Kaduna compare to schools What this idiot should be thinking is how to take those people out of poverty what you are seeing is as a result of poverty. We need aggressive economic development plan if not no amount of killing of those guys will solve the problem, ofcourse for the main time they should be dealt with by killing them.
