Breathe in, gently, deeply and then breath out. Repeat, again and again, until you feel a sense of calmness and peace.

Mondays most times come with its own pressure. The pressure to start the week out on the right course and to deal with tasks that may have arisen over the weekend. Today, everyone is a tad more serious and constantly on the move.

However, remember to breath when the pressure feels overwhelming, take a short walk if you can and delight in the little things. Share a joke with a colleague, notice your environment, have your lunch away from your desk and yes, breathe again.

We wish you the best and most productive week ahead.

With love,

From all of us at Business Legal.
