Base on my daily experience whenever I'm going to office and I have to enter this yellow buses, I always pity them sincerely for the extortion, although on the long run it will still bounce back to the passengers.

Most of the drivers and conductors are also involved in those activities when they don't have buses to hustle. So they are not really bothered |
