As an international student, your I20 needs to be active at all times, in other words, your lectures, HOD, Dean of Faculty, Director for students affairs, etc, are aware that you attend classes for your I20 to stay valid. So tell me, who are you going to bribe?? The state and Homeland Security is in charge of your I20, they have an eye on every international student. So who are you going to bribe

He got a Bachelors's degree, not an Associate's, that's all that matters. So far this school is authorized by their higher insitution board to issue the degree, he has no problem.
