The quality of Africa’s resource endowment for tourism is exceptional, but most countries have only barely developed their tourism potential. The continent only receives about 4% of all international travelers and tourism receipts. The Recognise Africa Project is a coherent framework for tourism development in Africa with potentials to become the most popular tourism project in the world.

Now at the final stages of its development, with official launch slated for Abuja, Nigeria, in June 2011, the Recognise Africa Project needs partners to keep the launch date a reality.
