Let's peak with fact and data, Kwara was part of an ancient Emirate that pledged loyalty to Sokoto. See the link below.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ilorin_Emirate

Do ilorin the state capital of Kwara state represent the whole of Kwara state? Ilorin is just a city. And am sure the people there will choose to be part of Yoruba when is time for this useless entity to split.

To be fair, he is right, Islam came to ancient Oyo from the Ancient Mali empire, however Fulani brought a purer form of the religion as the Islam practiced in ancient Oyo still allowed for indigenous practices that are strictly forbidden under the interpretation followed by the Fulani.

So Fulani brought a pure form of Islam and began spreading the use of Arabic language in many parts of Nigeria. But Islam was already on ground, although it was not a pure form, the purest form of Islam in Nigeria was brought by Fulani, that is why Fulani are the guardians of the faith in Nigeria.

What is your definition of pure form of Islam?

Why did Fulani attacked Bornu Empire despite been a full Islamic state by Idris Alooma?

Is Fulani form of pure form Islam to establishing a Monarchy system over the indigenes under the guise of pure form of Islam?

Fulani didn’t bring any pure form of Islam to Nigeria neither did they spread the use of Arabic language Nigeria.

During the reign of Idris Alooma the spread of Arabia language and Islam was spread in Nigeria.

It seems your sentence is what the Fulani wants to claim but unfortunately, it will never happen.

Besides, Fulanis still practice their indigenous religion and they still use juju. Don’t come and deceive people with pure form of Islam.

Thank you for your clarification. I must confess that I have always believed the standard narrative that it was the Fulanis that brought Islam to Yoruba land. Now I know from you that the narrative is false.

Who could have planted this narrative in our history books?

You must be dumber than I initially assumed ,kiddo ! Which 'people" precisely, were you referring to in the silly "world view" you kept shouting all around ? Forcing what on who ? Are you being stupid or you've just decided to advertise your inherent foolishness for a wider audience ?

Come on,what's wrong with you ? What nonsense boundaries are you "scattering" ? Is Oba of Jebba not a Yoruba man ? How about the indigenes of Jebba, aren't they Yoruba ? Okun people of Kogi state, are they not Yoruba people ! Are you saying Senator Dino Melaye and Smart Adeyemi are not Yoruba from Kogi state ? The oworo clan of Yoruba race who left Ile Ife to found Lokoja are no longer Yoruba, right ? Do you even have an idea of how Yoruba of Kogi state have been making spirited efforts to join their kits and kins in the south west ? Do you have an iota of idea that there are Yoruba in Delta state (Olukumi and Itshekiri -some itshekiri see themselves as Yoruba while some don't, no wahala !) and Edo state ( Akoko Edo people ) ? Are you getting it now ? Yoruba are not land grabbers ; we know our boundaries from the North to the South.

An inch of Yoruba won't be left behind in the event of dissolution of this unworkable entity called Nigeria !

Point of note:
In actual fact Akoko-Edo people are of the following tribes: Etuno, Okpameri, Uneme, Ososo, Okpe, Ikpeshi, etc. The only Yorubas that were ever part of Akoko-Edo are the Imeris who have however been regrouped with their kit and kin in Ondo State through the boundary adjustments that accompanied the 1991 states creation by the IBB administration. The Akoko tag in the name "Akoko-Edo" is of mere geographical connotation.

On the other tribes you listed, eg Olukumi, Itsekiri, Okun (Kabba), I agree perfectly with you that they are Yorubas ancestrally.

This is true, they have been using propaganda to cause disunity between Fulani and Yoruba. The two are one, and can live in peace and harmony if not for all this media nonsense that Fulani are attacking people, when in reality these are just farmer/herder clashes, that can be resolved through government intervention like ranching.

Once ranching or any other policy is in place where everyone will have their side. Thus, there will be no more farmer/herder clashes.

And all those from the other side promoting disunity and chaos will have nothing to use to cause disunity between the two groups who can peacefully occupy the SW and thrive as a community devoted to progress and peace.

We need more people to call out the propaganda and see through it.

Stop fooling yourself, fulani will NEVER be indigenous to any part of Yoruba land ; it won't happen ! We will welcome sensible ones among you as guests but the problem is,none of you is sensible !

Please, note this and take it as an important message or feedback to your Miyetti Allah masters : that we,the Yoruba will NEVER share an inch of our territories with any land grabbing criminals from the sahel.

We know all about your grand plans and evil agenda to fulanise Niigeria. It is quite clear to all Nigerians that that's Buhari's main priority ,but trust me; it'll fail ! Yoruba will always be several steps ahead of you guys. Be it Ruga,Pantami NIN,NLTS,Water Resources Control,Opening of borders for fulanis all over west Africa to move into Nigeria and become Nigerian citizens,Arming and deploying fulani militias to our forests and all other dubious fulani hegemonic agenda yet uncovered, they are all bound for failure !

Yoruba won't be caught unaware !
