Lots of beneficiaries are fed up already ...I know this beneficiary that couldn't log into his e-mail ...it was discovered that someone has registered with his e-mail ....I started by registering a fresh e-mail for him ....wrote the N exit support e-mail and the responded by sending a form which I filled and the replied ....telling him that they are working on his issues and they will communicate back to him ....till date nothing has come from them ....the fresh e-mail is not recognised by the N exit platform . Right now the guy is tired of writing

In N exit platform ...you are only allowed to use the e-mail you used for your npower registration ...if you lost the password of that e-mail and you cannot recover it, there is a provision for you to change e-mail ...so tbat npower can work on it to enable you use the fresh e-mail to complete your Nexit registration ...something like Google form was sent for you to login and input your data...those that 've gone through this process will understand what I am talking about .....
