April 12, 2021, the Federal Government released a circular stating that House Officers and NYSC medical officers are not to receive salaries based on the grade-level salary structure but will be paid allowances.

Is this a right move by the government especially at this time, seeing that medical personnel are working tirelessly to curb the pandemic?
