It starts on Saturday.
Requirements.....
1) mat
2) interval timer ( download from play store)
That's all you need. It going to be a bodyweight training, at some point we'll use pull up bars, skipping rope and resistance band

February. Started with early morning road work, then started bodyweight training mid February.

I'm not showing off sir!! I'm starting the challenge for others, I'll be posting a follow along video for 30 days for anyone who's interested.

Exercising is good "Very good" but exercising alone will not get you ripped.

We all have packs (both male and female) if you are not seeing yours, it means it's covered a layer of fat, to reveal them you need to burn those fat through.....

1: Exercising
2: Cutting down calories intake.

Number 2 is where the problem is, most of our Nigerian meals are really high in calories. This makes gaining weight quite easy, but really hard to lose in Nigeria.
I'll be sharing daily diet ideas with low calories which are quite cheap.
But you need to avoid these or cut them down to the barest minimum.....

1: Alcohol
2: Sugar
3: Salt ( has no calories, but causes the body to retain more water)
4: Soft drinks.
5: pastries and cakes.

Day 1
Diet plan

Breakfast
Pap (ogi) many people associate pap with weight gain, but it can also help in weight loss, it high in fiber, it kind of low in protein but we add up other protein rich food to it, like soyabeans which is considered one of the best plant based protein.

Pap and moimoi
Add soyabean and milk to it, take it without sugar, if you can't add a little sugar to it.

Remember moderation is key, excessive pap intake will cause weight gain, it's quite high in carbohydrates.

Lunch
Boiled potatoes and egg sauce.

Dinner
3 piece of banana, 1 medium size cucumber and 2 handful of groundnut.

cheesy cheesy cheesy It's just your mind playing tricks on you. It not that hard, just take 1 minute rest in-between if you have to.
