Why would government allow this to happen?
This is how they damage our road by not putting the standard cover at the end of the operation.
This is at the front of Kunle Ara pharmacy in Ibadan.

IDnoble1 put the blame on those politicians that lack future plan. That optic cable ought to increase internet speed but some politicians would wake up from their slumber to construct road

I think there is money paid to state and federal government called right of way.
