Most bank customer care officers act like demi god. Being at their mercy can be so frustrating.

I had a terrible experience with a customer care officer at one of the banks in Uyo, on oron road. A fine lady but with a mean heart. I went to the bank to collect another ATM card after the expiration of the one I was using before. But the lady kept frustrating all my efforts to collect another ATM card, and also bringing up some unnecessary conditions. She kept me at the bank from 8am till 2pm. I had to leave without collecting the ATM card that day. It was only when I got back to my base and went to another branch, I was able to get another ATM, via the help of a wonderful customer care officer. Some of them are nice, while some are very mean.

Heard about the story of a sick elderly man that died inside a bank last week, after trying unsuccessfully to withdraw his money. The bank kept frustrating all his efforts to withdraw his money until the man slumped and died right there in the bank...
