Were are a self publishing company and it's not free to publish with any self publishing company. All self publishing companies charge to render publishing services.

So why are you lying to people and making it look as if we have committed a crime by charging him to pay us for our services? Why are you so desperate to sell this lie to tarnish our image instead of properly examining the facts of the case?

The lawyer you talked about contacted and called us at 1:37am Nigerian time. Which kind of lawyer will call a person at 1:37am in the midnight? Even if he is in the US, he should have checked the current time in the country he was calling and ensure to call at the right business hours.

Even at that, we still answered his call and replied the whatsapp messages at that midnight hour and politely told him to call back during the day at the normal business hours, but he still kept harassing us with calls instead of waiting till the morning so that we can discuss better. A lawyer does not behave this way and it's wrong. Every matter no matter how great has a solution and being aggressive and insultive cannot solve any issue. We have all the screenshots accordingly. So because we decided not to continue the conversation because it was too late at midnight, you're now claiming we blocked him. This is totally wrong and a desperate attempt to tarnish our image. We never blocked him, have never blocked anybody and will never block anybody.

How can the author Daniel Junior whom we gave a conciliatory offer to get his book edited and published turn round to tell us to unpublish his book after we have spent resources editing and publishing it? After we have published it, he now claimed he had a better offer from another publisher in the US and then asked us to refund him his money after we've already done the job. This is not possible because he was told that all monies paid are not refundable under any circumstances whatsoever and it's part of our company policy.

If at all he wants to terminate the contract, he should have done it before he initiated another contract with another publisher. It's very dubious for an author to have a contract with one publisher and go ahead to collect money from another publisher or to enter into another contract with another publisher without informing the initial publisher so that the contract can be duly terminated if need be before entering into another contract. That's what he did and this is very dubious.

So where did we scam him? Did we not do his job? And at a point he became very rude to us but we still overlooked it because we felt that as a young man he still has a lot to learn about life, so we overlooked it.

We have told him clearly that if he wants his book to be unpublished and removed from all digital platforms where we published it, he should pay us the balance of the money because we have expended time, efforts and valuable resources to edit and publish his book without him paying us the complete service fees and we did it on the understanding that we will recoup our investment from his book sales. So it's a complete breach of contract under the law for him to now cancel the contract suddenly just because he has another offer from another publisher, without paying us our service fees. It's completely wrong.

So why are you people now doing a campaign of calumny on the internet just because of him? Or it's the same Daniel Junior posting with a female moniker and pretending to be another person.

Is there any person on this earth that has ever complained that we scammed him or her? Nobody. Not even one person. So Daniel Junior is simply not patient enough and too hot tempeted. That's his problem.

Instead of him to do the right thing by paying our outstanding money so that the contract can be terminated accordingly if he so desires, he now began to boast and threaten us that his uncle is in the US and that he will deal with us with his lawyer. This is not how things should be.

We are a professional organization and we have never cheated anybody and will never cheat anyone.
