A suspected kidnapper captured in a viral video was caught after abducting two children of the same parents.

According to reports, the suspected kidnapper has been parading the street and when he felt that the coast was clear, attempted to abscond with the two little children.

However, someone on a storey building saw him and quickly raised alarm. He was subsequently taken to the palace of the traditional ruler from where he was handed over to the police for prosecution.
