Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, on Thursday, celebrated the Nigerian internet sensation Ikorodu Bois, stating that their exploits are impressive.

The comic group made up of Muiz Sanni (15), Malik Sanni (10) and Fawas (13) are known for recreating and mimicking multi-million-dollar music videos, Hollywood film trailers and epic pictures with household items.

Recall that in April 2021, Netflix announced plans to feature the group of brothers in its Oscar Weekend Film Brand Campaign. According to Netflix, the campaign is targeted at celebrating fans for the important role they play — for watching, loving, discussing, and even recreating Netflix movies.

VP Osinbajo, shared a clip on his Instagram page, with the caption “The exploits of the @Ikorodu_Bois are impressive, especially for two reasons. The first, is the joy of watching them achieve such global acclaim with consistent effort from their humble corner in Ikorodu. The second however, is the urgency, an urgency that stems from the immediate need to keep up with our efforts to efficiently secure our kids, and ensure the opportunities for them not only to thrive tapping their talents, but to have the basic chance to get educated for starters, without risk nor distraction. I celebrate them,” he said.
