30BG Boss, Davido, is not only known for dropping steady hits and bangers but has proven time and time again to be a trendsetter and major social media influencer.

Sometime in 2020, the steady hit-maker had introduced ‘E choke’, which eventually became accepted not just locally but internationally among celebrities, his fans and social media users in general.

The slang is used to when you desire some to feel or show intense shock, surprise or wonder.

When you tweet something using the #EChoke, a portrait of Davido holding his neck will appear, giving your tweets a little extra flair.

The very much elated “E Choke” crooner himself took to his Twitter page to flaunt the newly introduced emoji in his honour.

The multiple award-winning superstar tweeted: ”Even Jack Know say “E choke” accompanied with the newly introduced emoji.
