If this is true, then how come Swaziland and Lesotho are inside South Africa?

Swaziland and Lesotho are two independent countries that are encircled by South Africa. Both countries have their own constitution, national anthems, monetary currency( Lesotho uses Loti while Swaziland uses Lilangeni). They even have their own military.

Lesotho got independence in 1966 while Swaziland got independence in 1968.


Whoever said that a country can never be within a country, is talking nonsense.

Pa Enahoro the representative of Midwest region of British Protectorate of Nigeria and a Lawmaker raised a motion in the house for Nigeria to have an Independent Republic devoid of interference from British influence, Sir Ahmadu Bello the representative and lawmaker of Nothern region of British Protectorate of Nigeria opposed it stating that Nigeria was not matured yet for self rule..

Arguements ensure and Obafemi Awolowo seconded the motion raised by Pa Enahoro, which lead to a lamakers vote.. and Pro Nigeria independent lawmakers won .

This led to British setting up Nigerian Constitutional Conference in 1958-59 and also independence committee, by 1960 we got indendence and 1961 we became a republic
