Don't mind them. In my community in Bayelsa state, even though we are oil rich most of us are very lazy in the aspect of doing business. But a few hausa men came and opened multipurpose stores that are different from the small kiosks by indigenes that are monologue and local. Simply put, the Igbos dominate the trading sector (retails, wholesales shops).
That's why they're the most affected by the so-called law.
However, insurance, finance, communication, energy and the corporate sector at large is dominated by the southwesterns.
