Cristiano Ronaldo and his Juventus teammates suffered a defeat last night in the Serie A and now risk not making it to the UEFA Champions League next season.

Having lost the league title to Inter Milan, the Old Ladies are only in search of a top 4 finish but that took a dent following a 3-0 home defeat to AC Milan.

Before yesterday's meeting, AC Milan has not won at Juve's stadium in a long while but the jinx was finally broken. Goals from Diaz, Ante Rebic and Chelsea loanee Fikayo Tomori gave the Zlatan Ibrahimovic inspired team all points.

As it stands, Juventus sit outside the top four with three matches to go, which means they might just miss out on the UCL.

It was another poor game for Cristiano Ronaldo who seems to have lost form in recent weeks. In his last 6 matches, Ronaldo has failed to find the net in 5, scoring only two goals in over a month.

This has seen him remain stagnant in the race for the European Golden Boot. Even Lionel Messi who he once topped is now above him. Ronaldo currently sits in 3rd position with 27 goals so far.

Top of the list is Bayern's Robert Lewandowski who returned from injury and bagged a hattrick on Saturday.

With 39 goals, it's looking done and dusted for Lewandowski as either Lionel Messi or Ronaldo can't catch up with him.
