Roles and Responsibilities: ( DEPOT REPRESENTATIVE)

Ensure prompt and accurate confirmation of quantity released for loading of trucks at the depot.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Running loading program promptly and efficiently in line with the company’s standard operating procedure.
Ensure a smooth and efficient process in the loading of products from the depot to the company’s trucks and third-party customers.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
Liaising with PTD union, DPR, NUPENG, PEF and other government regulatory bodies for smooth loading and other matters.
Liaising with the supply sales team and logistics team to know the destination of trucks and ensure client satisfaction.
Ensure that all trucks and drivers are in line with the company’s HSE policies and standard operating procedures.
Carry out market surveillance and competitor analysis as it relates to ex-depot prices, products, quality, etc.
Maintain security, integrity, and safety of the product and company assets at the depot by adhering to all the Depot safety, regulatory and organizational procedures, and policies.
Submitting the company's truck registration number for programming.
Sending daily loading reports for PMS and AGO promptly and accurately.
Sending Weekly loading remittance and other required deport operations reports.
Provide support for fleet monitoring and management.
Requirements:

BA/BSC/HND
Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience as a depot rep at any of the major Lagos depots.
Attention to detail with strong analytical skills.
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Tools.
Effective communication skills & excellent Interpersonal skills
Negotiating and Decision-making skills.
Management ability and supervisory skills.
Preferred Gender: FEMALE

Location: Lagos State.
